    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Generate new customers within assigned territory
    • Service and expand business of existing customer base
    • Serve as a single point of responsibility for customer requests and requirements
    • Write and submit timely, accurate and professional bid proposals
    • Follow up on all sales leads in a timely manner
    • Maintain sound knowledge of and promote Company products and services
    • Determine, organize and select product mix based on customers' needs
    • Determine strategic efforts based on competitive analysis and market trends to maximize sales efforts
    • Support the local engineering and architectural community by providing customer needs analysis, system layouts and designs
    • Track and provide accurate sales information to Company management through CRM
    • Make sales presentations as required or requested
    • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors and determine pricing, freight costs and terms
    • Consistently work with management to develop a competitive pricing structure

    Qualifications:

The Field Technician performs a wide variety of complex technical duties in support of voice and data communication systems.  Technicians provide installation, support, and maintenance on communication and networking equipment and deliver high quality customer service in a timely manner.

     

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform and coordinate installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communication equipment.
    • Professionally interface with customers to discuss work and convey system information.
    • Assist the sales team as necessary to ensure competitive and accurate bid responses.
    • Conduct building site-surveys to identify and confirm installation requirements.
    • Oversee projects from the bid process through sign-off; handling multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Attend/conduct project meetings with installation or construction personnel and assist with scheduling and installation.
