Contact Center Project Manager - Ronco Corporate Wide

Local telecommunications solutions provider has an opening for an experienced Contact Center Project Manager, Corporate Wide.

Ronco Communications & Electronics Inc. Professional Services Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager for our expanding practice in Interactive Intelligence (i3) Contact Center (CC) deployments.  This role reports to Ronco Corporate for i3 deployments throughout the US.   It is not necessary that the home location of the candidate be near Ronco's offices as the role is seen mostly as a remote function.  Travel to project locations and Ronco facilities will be necessary as various milestones in project dictate.

Desired Skills:

Operational and cultural knowledge of Contact Centers along with a functional awareness in advanced CC applications and concepts is required.   Candidate must demonstrate exceptional project management skills with a strong background in Information Technology (IT) and VoIP and has good working knowledge in telecommunications.  They excel at interacting with clients and managing projects in a timely, effective manner.  Projects Manages assumes project ownership and generates ideas and workarounds.   They process strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
