How we implement your UC experience…
Our practice is tuned to deliver Unified Communications (UC) through a series of three phases. Each phase is essential to reducing risk and making your deployment a success.
Beginning with Discovery and Design, together we will architect your organization’s path to Unified Communications. Through an Infrastructure Preparation phase we will lay the technological foundation to deploy your UC infrastructure. This leads to the third phase, Deployment, where we will implement the UC solution. Once Unified Communications is deployed and validated, we will ensure your organization is prepared to maintain the UC solution through our training and ownership hand-off practice.

Through our defined system support offerings we practice a methodology designed to deliver a tailored service level agreement to augment and support your Unified Communications (UC) environment demands.
Through the Assessment phase of our methodology, we will work alongside your IT department to determine your needs. In order to lay a strong foundation and guarantee a well managed support experience, our engineers during the System Readiness phase perform a variety of readiness tasks such as network assessments, LAN analysis, QOS audits or System Standardization. This sets a baseline for optimal performance for your unified communications managed services. Understanding your organization’s goals and having a baseline snap shot of your environment, we have a wide range of Managed Services we can provide to support your UC environment from pro-active patching, to onsite support, remote monitoring, remote remediation, we can structure a service agreement around your organization’s needs.
