To guarantee uptime and reliability of their Microsoft Lync, conferencing infrastructure, Carolina HealthCare System, chose to leverage Ronco’s Watchtower program. Ronco’s Watchtower program, provides event notification and 24x7 remediation services in support to Lync’s infrastructure and gateways.
