Customized solution options
Protect your investment with a solution that easily and affordably scales as your communications needs change. Starting with as few as 5 users, Avaya IP Office easily expands to 3,000 users, at a single site or up to 150 locations.
How does it work?
IP Office provides small, medium and large enterprises, with a complete telephony system capable of supporting collaboration software and unique business required add-ons for communications. Available in many usage models based on the size of the enterprise and the features required for each, IP Office provides completely flexible options including traditional Time Division Multiplexing (TDM), SIP and/or VoIP Telephony with trunk support. Putting it simply, the flexibility of the IP Office caters to all types of telephone infrastructure. This system has data capabilities built-in providing routing, switching and firewall protection between LAN and WAN (LAN2). The best part is it can be installed on any existing LAN network with adequate bandwidth.
In addition to basic telephony services, IP Office offers both traditional phone and softphone options. Optional softphones make remote working possible with a seamless connection between desktops and mobile devices. This system combines flexible solutions with a budget-friendly platform to ensure that your communications optimize both customer and employee satisfaction.
Empower employees to stay connected at their desk or on the road with an integrated system using one single number. Use any mobile or home phone as a transfer option. Prevent loss of productivity caused by being away from your desk.
Saves on Costs
IP Office has on average 25% lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) than comparable solutions. Reducing TCO is a product of automated updates, built-in conferencing bridge, VoIP or digital capabilities, and multiple financing options.
Empowers Customer Engagement
With call routing and self-service phone directories, your customer gets through quickly to the right person. On top of improving customer satisfaction, IP Office reporting tools gauge how well your business is supporting its customers.
