    Accountabilities

     

    • Generate new customers within assigned territory
    • Manage the servicing and expansion of existing customer base
    • Serve as a single point of responsibility for customer requests and requirements
    • Oversee the writing and timely submission of accurate and professional bid proposals
    • Ensure sales leads are tracked and pursued in a timely manner
    • Maintain sound knowledge of and promote company products and services
    • Attend industry association meetings and trade shows to promote company products and services
    • Determine, organize and select product mix based on customers’ needs
    • Determine strategic efforts based on competitive analysis and market trends to maximize sales efforts
    • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates
    • Prepare periodic sales reports for staff showing all sales and potential opportunities
    • Track and provide accurate sales information to company management

    • Coordinate and lead sales meetings

    • A Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in business, marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience in IT/ Telecommunication Sales
    • Minimum of 5 years experience leading a sales team to success
    • Knowledge of enterprise voice and data solutions including wired and wireless IP communications, unified communications, contact centers and video solutions
    • Effective use with Microsoft Outlook, Skype for Business, Excel, Word and Power Point

    We at Ronco seek a talented, Field Technician to perform a wide variety of complex technical duties in support of voice and data communication systems.  Our skilled Technicians provide installation, support and maintenance on communication and networking equipment and deliver high quality customer service in a timely manner.

     

    Accountabilities:

     

    • Perform and coordinate installation, programming, troubleshooting and maintenance of communication equipment
    • Professionally interface with customers to discuss work and convey system information
    • Assist the sales team as necessary to ensure competitive and accurate bid responses
    • Conduct building site-surveys to identify and confirm installation requirements
    • Oversee projects from the bid process through sign-off; handling multiple projects simultaneously
    • Attend/conduct project meetings with installation or construction personnel and assist with scheduling and installation
    • Work directly with customers to establish and publish project timelines with completion dates
    • Coordinate shipping of project equipment

    • Resolve vendor issues relating to customer orders
    • Procure from Company Stock for customer orders when available
    • Purchase parts from vendors when the stock is not available
    • Participate in weekly internal group meetings to discuss any open orders
