Overview

 

With more than 900 care locations Carolina HealthCare System heavily relied on audio conferencing. The need to reliably and efficiently connect their administration in a collaborative fashion was necessary to their daily functionality and to best care for patients. Over the years Carolina HealthCare System, had adopted a variety of audio conferencing services and systems in reactive response to organizational requirements.  This resulted in multiple costly user experiences, causing inefficiencies and a variety of high re-occurring costs.

 

Solution

 

Ronco integrated Skype for Business and Carolina HealthCare System’s existing PSTN and PBX systems, to provide users with rich conferencing and collaboration tools.  This was an effort to connect the geographically dispersed teams and to accommodate their large scale conferencing demands.

 

To guarantee uptime and reliability of their Skype for Business, conferencing infrastructure, Carolina HealthCare System, chose to leverage Ronco’s Watchtower Maintenance program.  Ronco’s Watchtower Maintenance program, provides event notification and 24x7 remediation services in support to Skype for Business' infrastructure and gateways.
